ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION

  • IMPORTANT: Upon proceeding with the rental booking, please make sure to take a screenshot of the proof of payment and send it to any of the following channels:

  • A full payment is required to proceed with the transaction.
  • After booking is made, an automated order confirmation email, containing transaction details and important reminders, will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
  • For first-time renters, a valid government-issued ID must be presented. For clients under the age of 18, a school ID may be accepted. This information is collected solely for the purpose of the rental transaction and will be kept strictly confidential.
  • The rental booking will only be confirmed once payment has been acknowledged by the team.
    • Mode of Payments Accepted: Gcash, Metrobank
  • Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be offered. If an item does not fit, exchanges may be offered subject to availability, or store credits will be issued. Store credits are valid for one month from the date of issuance.
  • In the event of a schedule change, rescheduling of the rental period may be accommodated, provided that the new date is available. The rescheduled rental period must take place no later than two months from the original scheduled date.

REGULATIONS

  • All items are cleaned, pre-sanitized, steamed, and inspected by the team before delivery.
  • Cleaning after rental will also be handled and managed by the team
  • Client must return the item(s) in exact condition, and must return the accessories, frost bag, hanger (if applicable).
  • Alterations, including but not limited to sewing, cutting, or modifying the item in any way, are strictly prohibited. Any damage to the items will incur charges for repair or replacement.
  • Strictly no wet photoshoots, or any activity involving liquids.
  • For loss of any item, client shall compensate and pay for the retail price.

DELIVERIES, RETURNS, AND DELAYS

Note: The details below apply only to orders within Greater Manila (Metro
Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Nueva Ecija).

  • The standard rental period is 3 days. However, to cater to clients who wish to borrow the items at a longer period, 4-day rentals and 5-day rentals are now available in the website for check-out. Please take note that the delivery date and return date is included in the rental period. For example:
    • For 3-day rentals:
      • Date of Delivery: January 3
      • Date of Use: January 4
      • Date of Return: January 5
    • For 4-day rentals:
      • Date of Delivery: January 2
      • Date of Use: January 3-4
      • Date of Return: January 5
    • For 5-day rentals:
      • Date of Delivery: January 1
      • Date of Use: January 2-4
      • Date of Return: January 5
  • Should an extension be requested beyond 5 days, an additional Php500 per day will be charged. This policy also applies to out-of-country rentals. It is recommended that the team be notified in advance for any extension requests, as the website only accommodates up to 5-day rentals.
  • Delivery and Return Schedule and Cut-Off:
    • Delivery: Orders will be dispatched from 11:00AM to 3:00PM.
    • Return: Orders have to be returned on or before 5:00PM strictly. An additional Php500 delay fee will be charged if item fails to be returned on the said date and time.
  • For same-day rentals or emergency orders, please contact us directly. The
    team will be on stand-by to accommodate urgent requests.
  • All orders will be booked through a third-party courier.
    • For delivery, the team will be in charge of booking the courier, and a given tracking link, including the shipping fee will be sent to the client.
    • A pick-up option is available for clients who wish to collect items personally from the studio.
    • For return, return instructions will be provided by the team on the return date to the client.
      A Php500 delay fee will be charged per day of delay.
  • Clients are responsible for covering all shipping fees back and fourth. 
    • The shipping fee will be paid upon delivery to the rider (COD).
  • For clients residing outside Greater Manila who wish to rent from us, please
    contact us directly. Further details regarding delivery will be instructed.
