Refund policy
ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND CANCELLATION
- IMPORTANT: Upon proceeding with the rental booking, please make sure to take a screenshot of the proof of payment and send it to any of the following channels:

- A full payment is required to proceed with the transaction.
- After booking is made, an automated order confirmation email, containing transaction details and important reminders, will be sent to the email address provided by the client.
- For first-time renters, a valid government-issued ID must be presented. For clients under the age of 18, a school ID may be accepted. This information is collected solely for the purpose of the rental transaction and will be kept strictly confidential.
- The rental booking will only be confirmed once payment has been acknowledged by the team.

- Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be offered. If an item does not fit, exchanges may be offered subject to availability, or store credits will be issued. Store credits are valid for one month from the date of issuance.
- In the event of a schedule change, rescheduling of the rental period may be accommodated, provided that the new date is available. The rescheduled rental period must take place no later than two months from the original scheduled date.
