How to rent?

Browse our latest collection personally sourced and uniquely curated just for you. 

Once an ideal piece has been chosen, select the desired size, rental period, and proceed with booking directly on this site.

After booking, send a screenshot of the proof of payment via Instagram (@aecia__) or email it to aecia.studio@gmail.com. A confirmation message will be sent shortly thereafter.

For delivery, our team will provide a tracking link along with the shipping fee details.

On the return date, our team will be sending the return guidelines for your guidance.

Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Malate, Manila, along Taft Avenue. We offer private 1-on-1 fittings from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

Additional details will be provided once the fitting appointment is booked and confirmed.

What is your product price range?

Our rental prices range from Php 1,590 to Php 5,990.

What are your modes of payment?

We currently accept GCash and Metrobank transfer only. Full payment is required to reserve a rental booking.

Who is in-charge of the delivery?

Our team will handle the booking and delivery of the rental item. A tracking link, along with the shipping fee, will be sent to the client once the booking is confirmed. 

On the return date, we will provide the client with the necessary return instructions, and the client will be responsible for booking the return shipment.

What time do you deliver on delivery date?

On delivery date, deliveries are normally dispatched between 11:00AM to 3:00PM.

Until what time can I return the dress?

On the return date, rented items must be returned by 5:00 PM, strictly. A late fee of Php 500 will apply onwards and per succeeding day.

Who covers the shipping fee?

Client shoulders all shipping costs unless stated otherwise by us.

Do you accept out-of-country rentals?

Yes! Since this website only has up to 5-day rentals, please send us a message so we can accommodate your special requests along with a special rate.

Do you ship nationwide?

Please contact us directly for orders outside of Greater Manila.

For nationwide deliveries, we typically ship 3-7 days in advance. An additional Php 500 out-of-town fee will apply on top of the rental fee.

Do you allow alterations?

Yes! Only our staff is authorized to make alterations to the clothing items. Alterations may include shortening or adjusting the length, bust, and waistline. Any alteration requests will be noted after studio or home fittings. For clients who do not have a fitting, please refer to the size chart for guidance.

Can I fit first before renting?

Our studio is open for private 1-on-1 fittings from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Clients are welcome to try on as many items as they’d like within an hour, with a fitting fee of Php500, consumable and deductible to rental fee.

Note: Please be aware that some items may be out for rental at the time of your fitting. To ensure availability, we recommend inquiring about specific dresses before booking an appointment.

How can I book a home fitting?

Home fittings are available within the Greater Manila area only. Fitting fee for home fitting is Php500 PER ITEM, and only the item that will be rented can be consumable.

Who is in-charge of the laundry?

Cleaning fees are included in the rental fee. All cleaning will be handled by our team. 

What if I fail to return the item on time?

Items must be returned on or before 5:00PM during return date. An additional Php500 delay fee will be applied onwards and per succeeding day.

What if I need to extend a day or more?

Please notify us in advance if a rental extension is needed. Our team will assess whether an extension is possible. If possible, there will be an additional Php500 per extra day. If not, items have to be returned on the original return date.

What if I damage or lose the item?

Damages will incur charges based on the extent of the damage. In case of loss, the full retail price of the item will be charged, excluding the rental fee paid.

I have store credits, how long is this valid?

Store credits are only valid within 1 year. A unique discount code will be provided.

I am part of the Aecia Loyal Club, how can I redeem my discounts and rewards?

For second-time rentals and above, you are automatically eligible for the Aecia Loyal Club perks. To avail this, please send us a message to claim your unique discount code.
